How do I keep rabbits out of my vegetables?

pamusicgirl asked:

We’ve just put in our early spring vegetables — broccoli, cauliflower, lettuce, onions and brussel sprouts. We’ve put chicken wire around the garden, but I am not satisfied that the rabbits won’t be able to dig under the fence. What methods have people found that will keep rabbits and squirrels out of the vegetables?

We have recently discovered that a mother rabbit has dug a hole for a nest in our flower bed and has given borth to baby rabbits. What is the normal process for the newborn rabbits now that they are born and living in the nest? How long will they be in the nest? The mother comes back to the nest each day and the baby rabbits are getting quite big now. We discovered the nest about a week ago.

How do I keep rabbits from destroying my lawn?

I have already accepted that my backyard lawn is a loss (with 3 large dogs). So, I work really hard and have a nice front lawn. The only thing is, our lawn is one of the only ones that is green on my street, so all the rabbits eat it! Anything I can do?
They are destroying it. There are spaces where they have been eating. I know. It’s my lawn! And my dogs are aggressive. They cannot be in contact with strangers. Im not asking for some animal rights answer. I want them gone!
