What should I do to protect baby rabbits from a possible flood?

There’s a nest of baby rabbits approximately 1 week old in my yard. Tonight there’s been much rain and is going to rain all through the night. There’s a flash flood warning in affect for my area and I’m very concerned that the hole could fill with water and drown the baby rabbits. They’re too young to leave the nest on their own, and the mother only stops by in the morning and evening to feed her young. What should I do?
